Participate in STL Pride Parade with Blue Max

Below are details for the Pride Parade this Sunday (June 26th)

All of those participating in the parade should enter the staging area thru Gate 6 which is at the intersection of Tucker and Chestnut. ALL participants are supposed to be lined up by 10:30 AM Sunday morning. The parade starts at 11 AM and goes nearly a full mile west along Market from 10th Street to 18th Street. Per Pride, our most likely staging area will be between 10th and 11th on Chestnut. Please refer to the attachment of this message with maps and directions.

Blue Max will bring a variety of flags that we can hold and wave in the air during the parade. The flags include, but are not limited to: Leather Pride Flags, Puppy Pride, etc

We will have water and sunscreen, but feel free to bring your own supplies. Sunday is supposed to be partly cloudy with a high of 83 degrees Fahrenheit, so we are getting a bit of a break from the heat – of course that all depends on the forecast not changing between now and then. We will ALWAYS take care of one another, but I also ask for everyone to take responsibility for your own well being. Stay hydrated, wear sunscreen, dump water on yourself to stay cool, etc. If you’re marching and halfway through the parade it gets to be too much, hop on the trailer. This is supposed to be a celebration and we don’t want anyone falling ill from it
