SASH BASH WEEKEND 2025 is scheduled for March 7–9, 2025, in Iowa City, Iowa. The host hotel for the event is the Travelodge by Wyndham – Iowa City, offering special group rates of $70 plus tax for a King Room and $75 plus tax for a Double Queen Room. These rates include free parking, Wi-Fi, and breakfast. The deadline to book a room at these rates is February 21, 2025.
SASH BASH WEEKEND is a regional fundraising event that has become one of the Midwest’s most popular and highly attended annual gatherings. Proceeds from the event benefit organizations such as Iowa Safe Schools and the Leather Archives & Museum.
